The domains panzergeist.com, experimentopanzergeist.es and experimentopanzergeist.com are owned by Quintana Calveyrac Publishing, holder of all rights over their structure, design, content, and visual identity.
Their purpose is purely informational, cultural, and transmedia, connected to the narrative universe of the work The Panzergeist Experiment and its audiovisual, editorial, and digital extensions.

Intellectual property and copyright

All content included on this website and its associated platforms (including, without limitation, texts, literary excerpts, images, illustrations, renders, visual compositions generated by artificial intelligence, designs, videos, scripts, recipes, publications, podcasts, video games, audio material, music, logos, graphic elements, structures, code, databases, as well as any current or future derivative works) constitutes an original creation protected under current Spanish, European, and international law.

Scope of Protection

Protection extends to all present and future works and projects derived from the Panzergeist universe, including, but not limited to:

• novels, comics, books, and digital publications;
• images, renders, covers, posters, audiovisual and cinematic material;
• thematic channels (literary, historical, culinary, gaming, or any other creative nature);
• video games, software, applications, and interactive experiences;
• promotional material, merchandising, and physical or digital products;
• any additional content created, conceived, or developed within the same narrative, artistic, or conceptual universe.

Any reproduction, distribution, copying, transformation, adaptation, or other unauthorized use, in whole or in part, by any means or process, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the rights holder. The absence of a response does not constitute implied authorization.                                                                                                                                         

Authorizations and Licenses

The holders may, when appropriate, grant free or paid licenses under conditions expressly defined in writing, including artistic and ethical guidelines intended to preserve the coherence, quality, and integrity of the Panzergeist universe.

Commissioned Works and Collaborations

Any creative, technical, or artistic collaboration carried out by third parties—whether in the graphic, audiovisual, literary, or digital fields—shall be deemed a commissioned work, with full ownership of the exploitation and reproduction rights belonging to Quintana Calveyrac Publishing, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
No individual or entity may claim rights over material produced or conceived within the Panzergeist project without a written and signed contract.

Legal Warning

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation—total or partial—of the described content shall be considered a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights as recognized by current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, and the Berne and Geneva International Conventions).
The holders will pursue the appropriate civil and criminal actions against any unlawful use, including international takedown requests (DMCA, EU IPO, WIPO, and other competent authorities).
